Core exercises are exercises that utilize both balancing, and multiple muscles that are used in your bodies ability to move properly.
Core exercises can be accomplished by using large exercise balls, or by putting your body in a position that requires balance. Core muscles are those that are sub-consciously activated by your brain and learn to stabilize your spine and bodies frame.
